Baked Tomato Garlic Pasta
- 15 whole Roma Tomatoes
- Olive Oil
- Oregano
- Parsley
- Garlic Salt
- Onion Salt
- 1 box Linguini Or Spaghetti
- Halve the tomatoes (use more than 15 if they are small).
- Place them, cut side up, side-by-side in a large casserole dish.
- Cover heavily with chopped garlic.
- Drizzle olive oil over each tomato half, and generously sprinkle onion salt, garlic salt, parsley, and oregano on top.
- Bake at 350F for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
- While tomatoes are cooking, prepare the pasta according to package directions.
- When tomatoes are mushy, mash them up with a fork, making sure to scrape up the crunchy pieces off the bottom of the pan and mix that in as well.
- Toss with the cooked, drained pasta.
- Serve with grated parmesan cheese on top.
