Almond Poppy Muffins Recipe
- 1 x Egg
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/3 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Oil
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 c. Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
- 3/4 c. Minced almonds
- 1/3 c. Poppy seeds
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 400F.
- Beat egg, salt and sugar till light and fluffy.
- Add in oil in a stream and continue beating.
- Beat in lowfat milk.
- Sift flour and baking pwdr together several times and add in to batter, stirring till just mixed.
- Add in nuts and poppy seeds.
- Bake in greased muffin tins for 20-25 min.
