Panko and Parmesan crusted tilapia

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Set up a breading station with three bowls.
  3. Bowl 1: flour- dip fish in flour mixture
  4. Bowl 2: eggs- beat eggs and dip fish in the egg mixture
  5. Bowl 3: parmesan and Panko- dip fish in Panko mixture
  6. spray baking sheet with nonstick spray
  7. Place breaded filets in the baking fish
  8. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until fish is flaky.
  9. Add a few drops of lemon juice to each filet if desired
