Beef Teriyaki Pockets
- 2 lbs london broil beef
- 4 pita pockets
- 1 head lettuce
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 14 cup sesame oil ty ling naturals pure sesame oil not like olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons low sodium chicken broth
- Cut steak into small bite sized pieces and put in plastic bag to marinate for at least 1 hour.
- (Preferably overnight!)
- Cut pita pockets in half so you have two, Spread mayonaise liberaly.
