Beef Teriyaki Pockets

  1. Cut steak into small bite sized pieces and put in plastic bag to marinate for at least 1 hour.
  2. (Preferably overnight!)
  3. Cut pita pockets in half so you have two, Spread mayonaise liberaly.
  4. and put 1/2 cup shreaded lettuce inside, set aside -- In very hot skillet cook meat in small batches for just a few minuates each ,when finished with meat take reserved marinate.
  5. and put into same pan scrape (Deglaze) pan and add corn starch over medium heat when.
  6. starting to thicken add to meat and put meat into pockets -- ENJOY!
