Better than Fall Pumpkin cake!
- 1 can 15 oz. Pumpkin
- 1 can Sweetened condensed milk
- 1 packages Cool Whip
- 1/2 cup Caramel sundae topping
- 1 cup Heath candy bits
- 1 box Vanilla cake mix
- Pre heat oven to 350..Prep a 13 by 9 inch pan.
- In a large bowl mix ONLY the vanilla cake mix and canned pumpkin..until mixed well..Pour into the prepared pan..even out with a spatula..mixture will be thick!
- Place in oven and bake for 28 to 30 min..based on pan and oven..times may vary..
- When finished baking..take out and immediately poke holes all over warm cake with the end of a wooden spoon..pour the sweetened condensed milk all over cake..place in fridge for at least 4 hours..or overnight!
- When cake is set up..take out of fridge..top with cool whip.
- Now take the caramel topping..and with a small spoon scoop a bit from the jar and drizzle over the cake in any way you like..repeat until you get enough caramel to your liking.
- Next sprinkle the heath bits evenly over the top of the cake.
- Serve immediately or place back in fridge until you're ready to enjoy!
