Cubed Pork With Nuts Recipe
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce.) peanuts
- 1 pound chop suey meat
- 2 cloves garlic
- 6 green onions, 1/2 inch pcs
- 1 green pepper, 1/2 inch squares
- 1 tbsp. wine
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch in 2 teaspoon water
- Veg. oil
- Fry peanuts in deep oil over medium heat till golden.
- Quickly remove from pan.
- Coat pork with Mix A.
- Deep fry thoroughly over medium heat; remove.
- In 3 Tbsp.
- warm oil, saute/fry garlic, onions, and green peppers.
- Stir in Mix B and saute/fry quickly.
- Thicken with dissolved cornstarch.
- Add in pork and sprinkle with wine.
- Just before removing from heat, quickly fold in peanuts and stir well.
- Serve over rice.
