Cubed Pork With Nuts Recipe

  1. Fry peanuts in deep oil over medium heat till golden.
  2. Quickly remove from pan.
  3. Coat pork with Mix A.
  4. Deep fry thoroughly over medium heat; remove.
  5. In 3 Tbsp.
  6. warm oil, saute/fry garlic, onions, and green peppers.
  7. Stir in Mix B and saute/fry quickly.
  8. Thicken with dissolved cornstarch.
  9. Add in pork and sprinkle with wine.
  10. Just before removing from heat, quickly fold in peanuts and stir well.
  11. Serve over rice.
