Beet Jelly Recipe
- 4 c. beet juice
- 1 box Sure-Jell
- 4 c. sugar
- 2 pkt Kool-Aid
- Simmer together juice, Sure-Jell, and Kool-Aid.
- Add in sugar and follow Sure-Jell directions for jelly.
- This is a good way to use the excess juice when canning beets.
- The flavor of the Kool-Aid determines the flavor of the jelly.
