Beet Jelly Recipe

  1. Simmer together juice, Sure-Jell, and Kool-Aid.
  2. Add in sugar and follow Sure-Jell directions for jelly.
  3. This is a good way to use the excess juice when canning beets.
  4. The flavor of the Kool-Aid determines the flavor of the jelly.
