Beer Cheese

• 1 teaspoon garlic salt
• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 34 cup beer (sip the rest)
• 12 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1. Blend together garlic, cream cheese and beer.
2. Stir in cheddar cheese, blending until completely mixed.
3. Chill at least 4 hours.
