Brandy Cheese Ball

  1. Beat blue cheese, cream cheese, parsley, brandy and garlic in small bowl on low speed until smooth.
  2. Cover and refrigerate about 6 hours or until firm.
  3. Just before serving, shape cheese mixture into a ball and roll in sesame seed.
  4. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
