Coconut- Pecan Icing

• 1 cup evaporated milk
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 egg yolks, lightly beaten
• 12 cup butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 13 cups flaked coconut
• 1 cup chopped pecans

1. put everything but coconuts and pecans in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. reduce heat and add coconuts and pecans.
