Smoked Brisket Of Beef Recipe
- 5 lbs. brisket of beef
- Bottled bar-b-que sauce
- Onion salt
- Garlic salt
- 4 ounce. liquid smoke
- Salt & pepper
- Celery salt
- Worcestershire sauce
- Season the beef with salt, celery salt, onion salt, and garlic salt.
- Marinate overnight in 4 ounces liquid smoke in the refrigerator.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce.
- Cover with foil and bake about 5 hrs in a slow oven.
- Pour 1/2 bottle barbeque sauce over the meat and bake 1 hour more.
