Blue Cheese and Apple Crostinis
- 6 slices French Or Italian Bread
- 3 Tablespoons Raw Tehina Paste (sesame Paste)
- 1 whole Granny Smith Apple, Cored And Thinly Sliced
- 5 ounces, weight Blue Bavaria Cheese
- 1 bunch Arugula
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- Place the bread slices on an un-greased grill pan.
- Toast each side on medium heat for approximately 5 minutes.
- Make sure to maintain medium heat because high heat will create dark lines without toasting the bread; and low heat will slow the toasting process which can result in blackened grill marks.
- Remove the toasts from the grill and spread the raw tehina paste evenly on one side of each slice.
- Top each slice with 2-3 apple slices, crumbled blue cheese and an arugula leaf.
- Finish up by drizzling with honey.
