Leavenworth B&B cheesy potatos
- 2 lb frozen hash browns
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 bunch green onion
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 1/2 cup corn flakes
- Mix soup, sour cream, and 1/4 cup butter thoroughly.
- Slowly mix in potatoes, green onion, and cheese
- In separate bowl mix corn flakes and other 1/4 cup butter
- Put cheesy potato mixture into in a 9x13 baking and then put corn flake topping in top
- Bake at 350.
- For 45 minutes or until hot all the way through and bubbly
