Rice Cake (Puto)

  1. Sift rice flour.
  2. Add baking powder.
  3. Mix well and set aside.
  4. Cream butter and sugar.
  5. Add egg.
  6. Add flour mixture slowly, while mixing carefully.
  7. Add evap milk, followed by water.
  8. Mix well.
  9. Pour into moulds and steam for about 30 minutes or bake at 300* for 55 mins to an hour, or when inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Sprinkle with sugar crystals, or sprinkles of uour choice.
  11. Serve cool.
  12. Enjoy..
