Impossible Italian Pie

• 1 pound sausage
• 1 cup biscuit baking mix (bisquick)
• 1 bunch scallions, spring or green onions chopped
• 6 ounces sour cream
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese grated
• 3 large eggs
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 1 x salt and black pepper

1. Brown, drain and crumble sausage, put in bottom of 11x7 inch greased pan.
2. Top with onions and cheese.
3. Put rest in blender for 1 min.
4. Pour over meat mixture.
5. Bake at 350F (180C).
6. for 35 to 45 min until tests done with knife.
