Chicken Enchiladas Totchos
- 1 pkg. (32 oz.) ORE-IDA TATER TOTS
- 2 tsp. TACO BELL Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tomato, seeded, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped green peppers
- 1/2 cup chopped red onions
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Southwestern Seasoned Chicken Breast Strips
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Bake TATER TOTS as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, mix taco seasoning and tomato sauce until blended.
- Combine fresh vegetables in medium bowl.
- Add 1 Tbsp.
- taco sauce mixture; mix lightly.
- Spread TATER TOTS onto ovenproof platter.
- Top with cheese; bake 2 to 3 min.
- or until melted.
- Place chicken strips in single layer on microwavable plate.
- Microwave on HIGH 45 sec.
- or until heated through; chop.
- Top TATER TOTS with vegetable mixture and chicken; drizzle with remaining sauce.
