Bellini Mimosas

• fresh peach slices
• peach nectar
• Sparkling rose wine, prosecco, or Champagne
• grenadine syrup

1. Put some fresh peach slices into wineglasses and add some chilled peach nectar to cover.
2. Top with well-chilled sparkling rose wine, prosecco, or Champagne.
3. Add a drop of grenadine syrup to each drink.
