Chicken and Smoke Sausage Pasta

  1. Cut chicken into cubes.
  2. Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, italian seasoning, pepper, and season salt.
  3. Heat olive oil in pan.
  4. Saute minced onion for about a minute.
  5. Then add chicken and cook about 20 minutes or until the chicken turns white.
  6. Slice sausage and mushrooms and then add to the pan.
  7. Cook another 20 minutes or until meat is browned.
  8. Mix egg(optional), milk, heavy cream, and cheese in a bowl.
  9. Then pour over meat in a pan.
  10. Mix all the ingredients until cheese melts.
  11. Let simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  12. Serve over pasta and enjoy!
