Double Apple Crumble

  1. Place apples, water, currants, sugar, cinnamon and orange rind into a large saucepan, cover and simmer over a low heat for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Spoon into a 4-6 cup capacity oven-proof dish.
  4. Combine oats, peanut spread and sugar with finger tips until well combined.
  5. Crumble mixture over the apples.
  6. Place into oven at 180 degrees C for 10-15 minutes until crumble is golden.
  7. Serve with a dollop of yoghurt.
