Chicken Pot Stickers

  1. Steam cabbage for 6 minutes; cool at room temperature.
  2. Squeeze out moisture and set aside.
  3. Combine egg whites, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, ginger and onions and then blend in cabbage and chicken; stir well.
  4. Put one tablespoon of filling in the center of the wrapper.
  5. Gather around filling and twist slightly.
  6. Repeat with all wrappers.
  7. Place on cookie sheet.
  8. Put in fridge until cold.
  9. Mix everything for sauce except for the peanut oil.
  10. Heat oil in a 12-inch pan.
  11. Put pot stickers in and brown until slightly golden.
  12. Put sauce over the top of them and cook slow for 5 to 10 minutes.
  13. May be frozen.
