Triple Cheese, Poppy Seed Noodles

  1. Boil a large pot of water; cook noodles until al dente.
  2. While noodles are cooking, in a medium mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients except cheddar cheese and paprika.
  3. When noodles are done, drain well.
  4. Return them to pot.
  5. Pour in sauce mixture and toss well to coat.
  6. Pour mixture into a microwave-proof casserole dish.
  7. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese; top with paprika.
  8. Heat in microwave, high setting, for 3 minutes, to melt cheese and heat through.
  9. Top with garnish.
