Baked Spare Ribs with Honey

  1. Slice spare ribs into strips.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, white wine and chopped garlic.
  3. Marinate about 1 hour.
  4. In a glass baking dish, place sliced onions on top the spare ribs, along with the marinade.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for about 1 hour.
  6. When spare ribs are almost done, remove from the oven and brush each piece with honey.
  7. Place back in the oven for 510 minutes.
  8. Serve spare ribs with fried potatoes.
