Baked Spare Ribs with Honey
- 1- 1/2 kilogram Spare Ribs
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Thyme, To Taste
- 150 milliliters White Wine
- 4 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 2 Medium Onions, Sliced Into Rounds
- 150 milliliters Olive Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Honey
- Slice spare ribs into strips.
- Season with salt, pepper, thyme, white wine and chopped garlic.
- Marinate about 1 hour.
- In a glass baking dish, place sliced onions on top the spare ribs, along with the marinade.
- Drizzle with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for about 1 hour.
- When spare ribs are almost done, remove from the oven and brush each piece with honey.
- Place back in the oven for 510 minutes.
- Serve spare ribs with fried potatoes.
