Hearty Fisherman's Pie

  1. preheat oven to gas 5
  2. boil potatoes in pan of lightly salted water until a knife breaks potato easily
  3. begin part cooking fish in a steamer for 8-10 minutes
  4. start simmering peas on a medium heat for 8-10 minutes
  5. follow instructions on parsley sauce mix.
  6. Take off heat
  7. Once fish is cooked, lay evenly into a 9x5" baking dish.
  8. Drain peas and stir into parsley sauce.
  9. Once potatoes are ready, add milk and butter, season to taste and mash to desired consistency
  10. Pour parsley sauce mixture over fish evenly.
  11. Top with mashed potato and spread out evenly with base of a fork
  12. Bake in oven for 20 minutes, sprinkle over cheese and finish under grill until cheese starts to crisp.
  13. Serve with veg!
