Chicken Cutlets in Sweet-Savory Sesame Sauce

  1. In a bowl, whisk the ingredients marked .
  2. Take the skin off the chicken breast and pierce it all over with a fork.
  3. Dip the chicken in the egg mixture, and coat with panko.
  4. Fry in oil at 320-340F/160-170C until golden brown.
  5. Drain, and slice into easy to eat pieces.
  6. Add the ingredients marked in a pan and bring to a boil, then add the chicken from Step 5.
  7. Use a spoon to thoroughly coat the chicken with the sauce while simmering for 5 minutes.
  8. Transfer to a serving dish, pour the remaining sauce from the pan over, and scatter chopped green onions on top.
