Healthified Carrot Cake

  1. Beat oil, applesauce, honey and sugar, then add eggs.
  2. Add and mix the rest of the cake ingredients in the order given.
  3. Beat for 1 minute.
  4. Pour into 3 9-inch cake pans or 9x13 pan.
  5. Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes.
  6. Icing: Mix butter and cream cheese together until smooth, then add sugar a little at a time.
  7. Beat until smooth.
