Hori chop sui

  1. Cook rice
  2. Chop onion and ginger
  3. Heat large pot with tbsp of oil.
  4. Add onions, garlic and ginger.
  5. Cook until onions are transparent.
  6. Add diced meat.
  7. Aim is to flavor meat as much as possible.
  8. Add chicken stock to pot then fill with water untill just covered.
  9. Leave to simmer.
  10. Prepare vermicelli in bowl of hot water.
  11. Once soft add to pot followed by mixed veges and soya sauce.
  12. Simmer.
  13. Once vermicelli has soaked up all liquid.
  14. Serve on rice Enjoy
