Hori chop sui
- 800 grams chicken thighs
- 250 grams vermicelli
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tbsp Ground ginger
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 Dark soya sauce
- 1/2 cup mixed veges
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 Rice
- Cook rice
- Chop onion and ginger
- Heat large pot with tbsp of oil.
- Add onions, garlic and ginger.
- Cook until onions are transparent.
- Add diced meat.
- Aim is to flavor meat as much as possible.
- Add chicken stock to pot then fill with water untill just covered.
- Leave to simmer.
- Prepare vermicelli in bowl of hot water.
- Once soft add to pot followed by mixed veges and soya sauce.
- Simmer.
- Once vermicelli has soaked up all liquid.
- Serve on rice Enjoy
