Colourful Stir-Fry with Prawns and Spinach
- 8 Prawn
- 1 dash of each Pre-seasoning Salt, pepper, sake
- 1 bunch Spinach
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/3 tsp Salt
- 1 Pepper
- Peel the prawns shells and devein.
- Make a slit on its back and season with salt, pepper, and sake.
- Rinse the spinach well, then cut into 4 cm lengths.
- Crack an egg and beat with a whisk.
- Heat vegetable oil (not listed) in a pan, pour in the whisked egg, and stir, making large circles, until half-cooked.
- Set aside.
- Add oil again to the same pan.
- Cook the prawns until they change colour.
- Then, add the spinach and stir-fry.
- When the spinach wilts, add the seasonings.
- Taste to check whether you need more salt or not.
- Add the eggs from Step 3, toss together, and it's done.
