Hearty Healthy Breakfast Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In large bowl mix together all dry ingredients EXCEPT currents and choc chips.
  3. Add in wet ingredients, mix well ( Batter becomes quite thick, use your hands if necessary).
  4. Add in currants and choc chips.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Drop large Tbsp 's of batter onto cookie sheet.
  7. Batter does not expand much, so you can place cookies close together.
  8. Bake for 9-10 minute.
  9. Let cool.
  10. Store in air tight container and freeze the rest !
  11. Takes about 10 min to thaw in the AM !
