Slow-Cooker Italian Chicken Thighs
- 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs (1 lb.)
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1 carrot, finely chopped Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1 tsp. zest and 1 Tbsp. juice from 1 lemon Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Sprinkle flour over chicken in slow cooker; toss to evenly coat.
- Add all remaining ingredients except cheese; stir.
- Cover with lid.
- Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or HIGH 4 hours).
- Stir chicken mixture until sauce is thickened; top with cheese.
