Plum Raspberry Jam Recipe

  1. Pit and chop plums, don't peel.
  2. Mash with potato masher as they cook down, over medium heat.
  3. Add in raspberries and spices.
  4. Cook till thick by boiling off excess water.
  5. Add in sugar.
  6. Boil till jelling point.
  7. Use a cold stainless spoon to test jelling.
  8. Bottle in sterilized jelly jars.
  9. Process in boiling water bath for 15 min.
