Hazelnut Cookies

  1. Cream butter and sugar til blended.
  2. Add egg.
  3. Gradually add flour and hazelnuts mix on low speed.
  4. Divide into 2 logs.
  5. Wrap in foil and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  6. Cut each log in 1/4 inch thick slices, and place on baking sheets.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for about 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Cool completey.
  9. Put Nutella between 2 cookies.
  10. Press side together to spread to the edges of cookie.
