Easy quickie spaghetti bolognese
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped carrot (small dice)
- 1 chopped celery
- 500 grams minced beef (depends on served)
- 1 bay leaf (for aroma)
- 1 salt and pepper (for tasted)
- 1 oregano spice (for aroma)
- 1 mozzarella cheese (optional)
- 1 prego traditional (depends to served,can replace with tomato paste and tomato puree )
- 1 meatball & mushroom (optional)
- 1 a cup of milk
- 1 pasta (the quantity is depends)
- Put some oil with chopped holland onion,and bay leaf and wait until get light brown colour
- After that,put in the minced beef into a hot pan until get brown colour.
- Then,add some carrot and celery (small dice)
- Then we proceed with,put in the mushroom button in can.dont forget to seasoned a lil bit time to time with salt and pepper.
- Then pour in the prego traditional,we also can replace with tomato paste and tomato puree.And pour a small cup of fresh milk,then add some meatball(optional)
- Then simmer it,and wait for 15 minutes.dont forget to boiled the pasta in about 7 minutes.ready to eat.
