Turkey Fritters

  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.
  2. Combine the turkey, pickled jalapeno, pickled jalapeno juice, fresh jalapeno, pasilla, potato, cilantro and salt in a mixing bowl and fold together.
  3. Add the beaten egg and evenly mix into the fritter mixture.
  4. Evenly sprinkle the flour over and combine to mix in.
  5. Form into 4 patties.
  6. Heat the olive oil in an ovenproof frying pan over medium-high heat and place the fritters in the pan.
  7. Cook until golden brown, 3 to 4 minutes, and then flip.
  8. Place the frying pan with the fritters in the oven to finish, 4 to 5 minutes.
  9. Serve with Chipotle Mayonnaise.

  13. Let stand for 20 minutes.
