Teriyaki salmon
- 1 lb wild caught salmon
- 1/4 tsp Chinese five spice
- 1/2 tsp nature's season
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 butter or margarine
- 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
- De bone fish.
- And rinse scales off.
- Butter pan.and rib spices into fish.
- Both sides
- Pre heat oven on broil turn down to 450F.
- Then cook fish for twenty minutes.
- Till opeak in color
- Add teriyaki sauce and cook 10 min.
- Basting often
salmon, spice, garlic, butter, teriyaki sauce
