Airport Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. In a large bowl, beat margarine until light.
  3. Add sugars; beat until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
  5. Add flour, baking soda and salt; mix well.
  6. Stir in oatmeal and chocolate chips until thoroughly combined.
  7. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto a cookie sheet.

  10. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cookies are just set.
  11. Do not overbake.
  12. NOTE: Made with margarine, these tend to spread; to minimize that, you can chill the dough before baking.
