Blueberry Cream Pie(9-Inch Pie)

  1. Preheat oven to 400u0b0.
  2. Combine sour cream, 2 tablespoons flour, sugar, vanilla, salt and beaten egg; beat 5 minutes on medium mixer speed or until smooth.
  3. Fold in blueberries.
  4. Pour filling into pastry shell.
  5. Bake in 400u0b0 oven for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven. Combine 3 tablespoons flour, butter and chopped nuts, stirring well.
  7. Sprinkle nut mixture over top of pie.
  8. Return pie to oven and bake 10 more minutes.
  9. Chill before serving.
