Blueberry Cream Pie(9-Inch Pie)
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 1/2 c. blueberries (fresh/frozen)
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. chopped pecans or walnuts
- Preheat oven to 400u0b0.
- Combine sour cream, 2 tablespoons flour, sugar, vanilla, salt and beaten egg; beat 5 minutes on medium mixer speed or until smooth.
- Fold in blueberries.
- Pour filling into pastry shell.
- Bake in 400u0b0 oven for 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven. Combine 3 tablespoons flour, butter and chopped nuts, stirring well.
- Sprinkle nut mixture over top of pie.
- Return pie to oven and bake 10 more minutes.
- Chill before serving.
