Microwave Peach Crisp Recipe

• 4 med. peaches, sliced (about 3 c.) or possibly
• 2 cans (16 ounce. each) sliced peaches, liquid removed
• 3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
• 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
• 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
• 3 tbsp. butter, softened
• 1/4 teaspoon grnd nutmeg

1. Arrange peaches in square microwavable dish, 8 x 8 x 2 inches.
2. Mix remaining ingredients till crumbly; sprinkle over peaches.
3. Microwave uncovered on high (100%) 6 min; rotate dish 1/2 turn.
4. Microwave uncovered till peaches are tender, 4-6 min longer.
5. Makes 6 servings.
