1001 Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

• 2 c. 1001 Cookie Mix
• 1/2 c. firmly packed Domino Light Brown Sugar
• 1 x egg
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 x (6 ounce.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1/2 c. minced nuts

1. Just one of the many different types of cookies made from the master cookie mix.
2. Preheat oven to 375 F. Grease cookie sheets.
3. In large bowl, mix together cookie mix, brown sugar, egg and vanilla.
4. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
5. Drop dough by slightly rounded tsp.
6. onto prepared cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
7. Bake for 12-15 min till lightly browned.
8. Cold on wire rack.
9. Makes 36 cookies.
