Holiday Eggs Recipe
- 1/2 c. ripe olives (cut in large pcs)
- 8 Large eggs
- 1/3 c. cream
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 tbsp. butter
- Beat Large eggs lightly with cream, salt, and pepper.
- Cut cheese into chunks, adding to Large eggs.
- Cook very slowly till almost set, stirring occasionally.
- Mix in olives and cook till just set.
