Green Coconut Curry

  1. Combine coconut milk and curry paste in wok or large saucepan over medium heat, and bring to a boil.
  2. Stir in frozen vegetables.
  3. Simmer over medium heat 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in teriyaki sauce, and serve over rice.
