Spinach Mandarin Bowl
- 4 bunches fresh spinach
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 12 cups chicken breasts, shredded, cooked and chilled
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup radish, thinly sliced
- 12 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 12 lb bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1 cup crouton, toasted
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons salad oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 18 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- Wash spinach leaves very well.
- Drain Stem.
- Chill until ready to use.
- Toast sesame seeds in small skillet over meidum heat for 3 -4 minute or until golden brown.
- Set aside.
- Place spinach inlarge wooden bowl.
- Top with all remaining ingredients, except for toasted sesame seeds.
- Combine well soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, slad oil, sugar, black pepper and sesame seeds (better if done and put aside for 30 minute to blend flavors).
- Pour on dressing.
- Toss salad gently when serving.
- Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
- Serve on chilled plates.
- Good served with, hot rolls or french bread.
