Tomato Beef

  1. Marinate beef in soy sauce, sherry, and 1 Tblsp.
  2. cornstarch for 30 minutes.
  3. Mix 1 Tblsp.
  4. cornstarch, 1 cup water and 2 Tblsp.
  5. tomato sauce or catsup.
  6. Heat 4 Tblsp.
  7. oil in frying pan until hot.
  8. Stir-fry beef mixture 2 minutes; remove from pan;set aside.
  9. Heat 2 Tblsp.
  10. oil in frying pan until hot.
  11. Stir-fry peppers 2 minutes.
  12. Add tomato wedges; stir-fry 1 minute; add meat and water mixture; bring to boil.
  13. Serve hot.
