Parmranch Pork Chops
- 4 boneless pork chops, Iowa chops
- 1 (1 ounce) packethidden valley buttermilk ranch salad dressing mix
- 14 cup grated parmesan-romano cheese mix
- 12 cup corn flakes, crush with rolling pin
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 12 cup milk
- olive oil flavored cooking spray
- salt and pepper
- Preheat oven to 400* and spray a baking sheet with olive oil spray.
- In a ziploc bag, crush cornflakes with a rolling pin.
- Add ranch packet, garlic powder, italian seasoning, and cheese.
- Shake it good.
- Rinse and pat dry chops.
- Season chops with salt pepper to taste and put in milk.
- Place chops in bag one at a time and press to thoroughly coat.
- Continue til all chops are coated.
- Place chops on baking tray that has been spray with olive oil spray.
- Spray tops of chops with more olive oil spray.
- Place in 400*F oven for about 20-25 minutes or until 165.
- Serve with mashes potatoes and broiled broccoli.
