Easy Mango Sorbet
- 34 cup plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 medium ripe mangoes, peeled and cubed
- In food processor (or blender), process mango and sugar until smooth.
- Add yogurt.
- Pour mixture into 8"x4" freezer container.
- Cover and freeze 4 hours, whisking from time to time.
