  1. in a bowl take soya sauce , fish sauce , oyster sauce , white vinegar , mix everything .
  2. grate ginger and add the sauce, cut the capsicum in moon shape thinly.
  3. add little cooking oil in wok and fry beef about 10 minutes.
  4. add sauce made with ginger .
  5. mix and add Chinese salt and salt.
  6. mix and add Capsicum.
  7. the heat is very high and do not cook the Capsicum too much.
  8. this Capsicum will be ready 2-3 minute
