Chocolate Mintini

  1. Dissolve the teaspoon of chocolate spread in a splash of boiling water.
  2. Add the Creme de Menthe, the Amarula and the single cream.
  3. Shake with ice in a cocktail shaker and strain into a martini glass.
  4. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
