Chocolate Mintini
- 12 ounce green creme de menthe
- 1 ounce Amarula cream liqueur
- 1 ounce cream
- 1 teaspoon chocolate spread
- Dissolve the teaspoon of chocolate spread in a splash of boiling water.
- Add the Creme de Menthe, the Amarula and the single cream.
- Shake with ice in a cocktail shaker and strain into a martini glass.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint.
