Green Pea Salmon Salad Recipe
- 1 pound salmon
- 10 ounce. frzn peas, thawed
- 6 hard-cooked Large eggs
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. green onions & stems
- 1/3 c. celery
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- Drain and skin salmon.
- Mix peas, Large eggs, onion and celery together with mayonnaise, lemon juice and dill weed.
- Add in salmon.
- Refrigeratefor at least 1 hour before serving.
