Easy Iranian Tomato Cinammon Pilaf

  1. Slice the onion.
  2. Crush the tomato with your hands.
  3. Heat the olive oil in an earthenware pot and saute the onion.
  4. Add the rice and the "A" ingredients and cook the rice.
  5. Once cooked, mix in the parsley.
  6. On the side, cut cubes of cucumber, onions, and tomatoes and mix with lemon juice and salt to make a salad.
