Baked Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce
- 2 pounds Salmon Fillet
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Lemon Pepper Seasoning (I Use McCormick's Make Sure That It Is Not Lemon Pepper Salt)
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 13 slices Onion, Cut Into Rings
- 6 slices Lemon (cut Thinly)
- 1/4 cups Butter, Diced
- 13 cups Sour Cream
- 13 cups Mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Prepared Horseradish
- 1 Tablespoon Finely Chopped Onion
- Pepper And Garlic Salt To Taste (I Usually Only Need A Pinch)
- 3/4 teaspoons Dried Dill Weed

- Line a 15-inch x 10-inch x 1-inch baking pan with heavy-duty foil; grease lightly.
- Place salmon skin side down on foil.
- Sprinkle with lemon-pepper, onion powder, and garlic salt.

- Top with sliced onion and lemon and dot with butter.
- Fold foil around salmon; seal tightly.

- Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
- Open foil carefully, allowing steam to escape and cook an additional 5 minutes, 4.
- In a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients (sour cream, mayo, dill, lemon juice, horseradish, chopped onion, and garlic salt/pepper).

- Cut salmon into individual portions and top with creamy dill sauce.
- Serve with favorite side dishes.
