Slow & Easy BBQ Ribs
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 3 lb. pork baby back ribs
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
- 1/2 cup water
- Mix seasonings until blended; rub onto both sides of ribs.
- Place half the ribs in single layer on large sheet of heavy-duty foil; wrap tightly.
- Repeat with remaining ribs on separate sheet of foil.
- Refrigerate 4 hours.
- Heat oven to 325F.
- Unwrap ribs.
- Reserve 1/2 cup barbecue sauce; brush ribs with remaining sauce.
- Bring up foil sides; double fold top and one end of each packet to seal.
- Add 1/4 cup water to each packet through open end.
- Double-fold remaining ends, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
- Place in single layer on baking sheet.
- Bake 2 hours or until ribs are done.
- Remove ribs from foil; discard foil.
- Heat grill to medium-high heat.
- Add ribs to grill; brush evenly with half the reserved barbecue sauce.
- Grill 15 min., turning and brushing occasionally with remaining barbecue sauce.
