Slow & Easy BBQ Ribs

  1. Mix seasonings until blended; rub onto both sides of ribs.
  2. Place half the ribs in single layer on large sheet of heavy-duty foil; wrap tightly.
  3. Repeat with remaining ribs on separate sheet of foil.
  4. Refrigerate 4 hours.
  5. Heat oven to 325F.
  6. Unwrap ribs.
  7. Reserve 1/2 cup barbecue sauce; brush ribs with remaining sauce.
  8. Bring up foil sides; double fold top and one end of each packet to seal.
  9. Add 1/4 cup water to each packet through open end.
  10. Double-fold remaining ends, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
  11. Place in single layer on baking sheet.
  12. Bake 2 hours or until ribs are done.
  13. Remove ribs from foil; discard foil.
  14. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  15. Add ribs to grill; brush evenly with half the reserved barbecue sauce.
  16. Grill 15 min., turning and brushing occasionally with remaining barbecue sauce.
